© 2015 Kefi Treats. Kefi Treats signature treat is our artisan chocolate and caramel Fancy Schmancy Apple. We take an orchard apple, dip it into our silky handmade caramel (our own secret recipe) and then dip into smooth, decadent chocolate and sumptuously decorate with fancy toppings. We source our apples from small orchards around Melbourne and use organic and heritage apples when available. Our caramel is our own recipe and is painstakingly handmade and all our treats are handmade in small batches using quality ingredients but what really makes Fancy Schmancy Apples unique is our ability to personalise our apples specifically for your event.
